Columbia Trojan Football Background and Mission

This organization is a newly founded team through the NAFL (North American Football League) that is a non-profit group working to improve themselves and the community of Columbia, Missouri. The mission of CTFO is to foster the action of our club members and create a positive atmosphere for the youth and citizens living in the community of Columbia. Club members of the CTFO will also conduct themselves as professional athletes and in a professional manner. Members will be seen in the eyes of our youth as role models.

Since the birth of the Columbia Trojans, young men 18 years of age and older have removed themselves from the streets and are focusing on becoming athletes and upstanding members of this team and community. The Columbian Trojan Football Organization influences young men and women to graduate from High School and continue their education by attending College. CTFO provides opportunity to those young men who were unable to continue their athletic career after High School. CTFO also provides a second chance for young men who have attended college and were unable to excel to the next level.

CTFO focuses on bringing young men together into a family-oriented atmosphere and a structured environment so that they will become productive members of society. The City of Columbia will benefit from CTFO through year-round football community service projects, pee-wee football camps, mentorships, athletic guest speakers, and family outings.
